ERA are looking for people with Entrepreneurial drive and passion to build up own consulting practice as well as a willingness to follow a proven business system and to be part of a team of executive management professionals.
ERA are looking for 3 profiles in the network:
Business Developer / Client Aquisition – people with strong communication and relationship management skills, confident to build relationships with high level executives and C-suite people.
Project Manager – experience in project delivery and strong relationship and management skills
Project Analysts – people with expertise in one or more specific categories (eg; Fleet, Energy, etc…)

ERA will provide 2 weeks full training to each franchisee at the company’s global head office in Kent, UK. This training will take all new franchisees through ERA methodology and is followed by a coaching period of 6 months to help providing a successful start. Each franchisee is also provided with a complete IT setup and Marketing materials.

Marketing Fee: 3% of the net receipt generated by the Unit, to be paid monthly.
Length of Franchise Agreement: 10-Year Initial Term + One (1) 5-Year non automatic Renewal Term
Return on Investment (in months): Variable. Depending on Franchisee’s performance.
