WHAT TRAINING ESQUIRES WILL PROVIDE TO YOU ?
Esquires provide all new franchisees with full management and product training prior to opening, in which franchisees spend 2-4 weeks training both in an existing store and at our Head Office based in London.
Esquires also help out with recruitment and pre-opening training for all staff members. However, Esquires is not just hands on at the beginning; Esquires offer on-going support to franchisees in the form of regular store visits from Esquires operations team, who are there to offer support and training on all aspects of the business. Esquires consider training to be of paramount importance and franchisees will receive full management and product training.
Additionally a pre-opening training course is arranged for all members of staff. Esquires’ management team are also on hand when the coffee house opens and maintain full hands on support until Esquires is happy that franchisee, staff and systems are working successfully and efficiently as a team.
To keep Esquires franchisees abreast of new developments and assist with promotions and training Esquires visits each store on a regular basis. Esquires also maintain a support team, covering all aspects of business, who are available to provide help and information at all times.
