Seminar is created for Estonian entrepreneurs, planning to purchase local or foreign franchise, and for franchising consultants. The aim of the seminar is to provide information and to give the practical advises about existed franchising systems.

Franchising is expanding each year. Franchising is the strongest cooperation form between legally and financially independent business partners.

Seminar participants will be informed about franchising system positive and negative sides, about pros and cons of franchising.

The following topics will be presented:

-         how to make the right decision

-         franchising - for and against: the lecturer presentation and participants discussion

-         franchise information sources

-         how to escape the franchise traps

The second part of the seminar will be dedicated to franchise systems which could be used in Estonian conditions and business environment.
