 The aim of the seminar is to improve the decision-making process amongst the entrepreneurs for successful and sustainable development of franchising systems.

Assumed target audiences are the representatives of already existent franchising systems, franchisors, as well as franchising consultants.

Programme

The successful management of franchising system is requesting many factors and tasks to be considered. Franchisor has to offer all the services included in the contract, maintain the enlargement of the chain and take responsibility of strategic development of entire system. In addition, these tasks should be carried out every day and used in system development.

The following topics will be discussed:

-          franchisee demands, needs and expectations to franchisor;

-          franchising system organizational models;

-          search and selection of the potential franchisees;

-          compilation and constant improvement of franchising manual;

-          franchising system control mechanism;

-          franchising system financial management;

-          trainings and concepts in franchising systems;

-          conflicts in franchising systems: reasons, solutions and consequences.
